This was a great workout. We had about 45 athletes in the pool, and I’d estimate we had a great practice with 35+ athletes. This type of set works well with Distance athletes who may need a day of non-freestyle and longer rest.

Plantation Swim Team – Holiday Stations
This was a fun workout to coach. We had 24 athletes in the water and 3 coaches to help run our Holiday Stations workout. We used both the Long Course & Short Course pool. There was an easy 200 swim after each station.
Dec 30, 2014 – T2 Aquatics
We were looking for 50 minutes of cranking some fast swims! Top guys in the group were going 37-39 for 75s, 26-27s for 50s fly, and 11-12 in 11-12 strokes for free 25s.

My senior swimmers were fully tapered prior to Christmas. Now we are working on getting our training back up. This is an aerobic conditioning practice with some P200 work.
