50 @1:00 Back 3R, 3L, 3DA

8 x 25 @40 Stroke Choice Fast
[Focus on Stroke Count (8 Strokes or less)]

3 Rounds – Free:
2 x 50 @50 Paddles DPS
4 x 25 @30 Paddles 1 Breath Max
2 x 50 @40 Paddles Build to Fast

1 Round:
> Kick/Swim by 50’s Stroke Choice
2 x 100 @150 50 Kick, 50 Swim
2 x 100 @140 50 Kick, 50 Swim
2 x 100 @130 50 Kick, 50 Swim

4 Rounds:
3 x 25 @25 Sprint Stroke Choice (Really Fast)
1 x 50 @40 Free Fast
1 x 150 @3:00 Recovery
