What benefit beginning workouts using T-Shirts for warm-up?
As mentioned a couple times before on other sessions where we were doing the same thing. It’s mainly to add some additional resistance in the beginning of the workout and in this particular case also to have them work a little more on strength coming off a good dryland. As we did the 50’s from a dive kicking out under water, I wanted them to really focus on strong kicks (which I was hoping the shirts would help).
