800 as 200 Swim 200 Kick 200 Pull 200 Swim @ 16:00

4 rounds of the following:
4:00 1 – 3:00 Minute Kick For Distance
100 Smooth Swim @ 03:00

16 x 25 Fins Underwater Fly Kick Fast @ 00:25
Kick the entire way underwater. If you miss the interval or fail to make it the entire length, rest for two repeats (1:00) and then continue until making a total of 16.

2 rounds of the following:
Hypoxic Sprint Set
4 x 25 Sprint Free No BRTH – 1 Dive, 1 Push @ 00:45
4 x 75 2 BRTH Max per 25 Work On DPS @ 02:00
4 x Sprint Free No BRTH 25 @ 00:30
300 Pull @ 06:00
