Feb 22, 2016 – T2 Aquatics – Parachute Work

We’ve been doing most of our resistance practices short course (yards) up to now. This morning, we start some long course resistance work. Everything we do leading into the chute work is preparation with the exception of the 20×50’s.

I want to do a bit more than I normally would since we are doing this work on a Monday morning and the athletes haven’t been in the water since Saturday. I think they need just a little bit more…and even if they don’t, I’m giving it to them!

Additional Comments:
We are starting to do some LCM Chute work…it’s a little bit harder and I think it will be effective training as we get into doing it more.
