what target main sets?
Those are all workout from a training camp where we used to get the only long course swimming of the year done preparing for our LC Nationals. Most of what we did in those two weeks every year, was plain and simple swimming – overload in volume for most of the athletes in respect to what they’re used to do at home. So there is generally a lot of aerobic base work but that year we were also working on “switching gears” through our aerobic speeds.
