Last workout of our training camp in Luxembourg. The goal for this workout was to get some loosen swimming done before the bus ride back to Vevey and have some fun with the relays at the end . . .

what target this sets? 100 free, 50 UW, 50 scull, 50 kick w/cone, 50 fly, 50 kick (2 athletes on
same board), 50 choice feet first w/fins on hands, 50 choice w/mid pool turn — order of “events” decided by teams
