Recovery focused Wednesday with a short optional morning session for the athletes wanting to stay “on meet schedule” and maybe getting some extra active recovery following the “meet simulation” practice the previous evening.

Workout AM

Part 1:
400 w/fins as 200 free DPS, 100 back kick, 100 free DPS
4×50 choice drill R10″

300 w/pullbuoy & paddles as 150 free pull, 50 scull, 100 free pull R20″
4×50 choice as 35 drill, 15 swim R10″

Part 2:
2×200 w/fins as 100 back, 50 flutter kick on side, 50 breast w/fly kick or fly one arm drill R20″
4×50 choice as 25 drill, 25 swim R10″

3×100 as 2x (50 back, 50 free breathe 5), 1x (25 no breath, 25 scull, 50 double arm back) R15″
4×50 choice decrease # of strokes 1.-4. R15″
