This Thursday evening started with some good dryland action and only a short recovery focused session in the pool. With most of the athletes deciding to train through their two week summer break following the many weeks of the shutdown, the main goal really is to keep the active and start to build a relationship with the coaching change.

Workout PM

Set 1:
4×50 free decrease # of strokes 1.-4. R10″
300 free DPS (open turns; glide past flags)

Set 2:
4×50 free decrease # of breaths 1.-4. R20″
300 free DPS (underwater flip turns; -/+ 2-3)

Set 3:
4×50 as 25 free overkick, 25 back smooth R10″
300 choice “loosen”
[ from dive –> @0: vertical jump; focus on line – @50: forward leap; land feet first ]
