Shorter recovery focused Friday evening workout for the Junior group. They started the session with some light dryland to warm-up before jumping in the pool.

Part 1:
10×50 free cruise @50″
300 choice as 50 drill, 25 scull, 25 swim

4×100 free cruise @1’40
200 choice as 50 kick, 50 scull, 50 drill, 50 swim

Part 2:
8×50 as 2x back cruise, 1x free breathe 5 @55″
200 choice as 100 drill, 50 kick, 50 swim

3×100 as 50 back, 50 free breathe 5 @1’50
100 as 25 no breath (UW kick, pullouts, or swim), 25 scull, 25 double arm back
