This is one of my favorite series, especially for butterflyer. The series is done as 100 with 75 fast and 25 easy on 1’45 from push. This series are anaerobic in which the swimmer is forced and can hold high quality in speed, turns and hold the stroke. We do this set in 50 meters pool and 4-5 times a year . . .
