Short Course low intensity aerobic focused session from day six of our first week of this training cycle.

Workout

2 x 100m free on 1:45 with fins
2 x 100m free on 1:40 with fins
2 x 100m free on 1:35 with fins
2 x 100m free on 1:30 with fins
2 x 100m free on 1:25 with fins

5 x 200m @ 4:20 Fast Kick Speciality # 5 for time!

Three rounds of
4 x 50m on 1:00 dr/sw Spec
2 x 100m on 1:45 Swim Spec with consistent stroke count on every lap!

16 x 50m @ 1:00 Following Medley

3 x 800m Rest :45
#1 is Pull all gear (75 fr, 25 bk) – #2 is Swim (75 fr, 25 bk)
#3 is Swim with Fins and Paddles (75 fr, 25 bk)
