Mar 8, 2016 – Podium Swim Club – High School Meet Week Kick-Off

Two weeks into our regular High School season, and we have a meet coming up. With that in mind, we are starting to have fully periodized weeks.

As opposed to the pre-season and first week of regular season where we had full-on build weeks.

This early week session has a focus for both the sprinters, and the distance guys. The sprinters get some good burst efforts as well as good aerobic 100’s. The distance group has a couple great pacing / lactate tolerance sets.
