May 5, 2014 – T2 Aquatics – Breaststroke/Backstroke

Traditionally I like to start the week off with some LCM kicking, LCM Pulling, and some Threshold work or some Stroke Count work.

This week is a bit different. I wanted to give them a set where they could get into a good groove for both Breaststroke and Backstroke. We swim LCM 2-3 times per week at this point in the season, so I really need to make the workouts count for my IM/Stroke athletes.
