Nov 19, 2013 – Off-Season Triathlon Workout

Off-season triathlon swim workout with some technique drills and longer distances with less rest. Everything you swim, is at an easy pace!

Warm up (2 rounds):
200m choose stroke
4x50m R10ʺ (25m drill – 25m freestyle)

Main set:
600m non-stop swimming 3x(100m freestyle -) 25m without breathing – 25m recuperation)

5x150m choose stroke R20ʺ

2x400m pyramid with breathing pattern. R1′ between 2 sets
25 (7) – 50 (6) – 75 (5) – 100 (4) – 75 (5) – 50 (6) – 25 (7)

Swim Down:
150m choose stroke

WORKOUT TOTAL: 3100
