Off-season workout triathlon with some technique drills and longer distances with less rest. Everything you swim, is at an easy pace!

Warm up:
400m

Main set:
400 (R30ʺ) – 300 (R20ʺ) – 200 R1′ (breath 1/7) – 300 (R20ʺ) – 400 (R30ʺ) = 1600m

8x100m R20ʺ (25m breath right – 25m breath left – 25m in the middel 1 stroke breaststroke – 25m in the middle 1 stroke backstroke)

4x50m R10″ only breath 5 times during every 50m

Swim Down:
100m

WORKOUT TOTAL: 3100
