What effect Physiology use 1″00 rest
In those workouts there were quite a few different “blocks” of work where we wanted people to keep moving even between sets. So this additional minute of rest gives everyone a chance to get a glance at the whiteboard and know what to do next as well as take a sip from their water bottle and catch up with the lane leaders.
