Warm up:

Main set:
10x50m R15ʺ 2x(breathing 3-4-5-6-7 per 50m)
6x100m R20ʺ (25m kick with arms streamlined in front of you – 75m freestyle)
2x300m R40ʺ freestyle at an easy pace
1x800m easy going + check your pace/100m
Swim Down:
200m choose stroke
