How can I do this sets?
150 Free Pace > vertical kick during rest @ 02:15
You swim 150 freestyle at pace speed and then kick until the 2:15 interval mark before starting the 50 drill – i.e. when you touch the wall after 1:45 you do vertical kicking for about 30″ to stay active during the remain time of the interval.

It’s meant to get away from the passive rest…since most of our athletes swim 1:45’s or faster this will keep them moving and add some active recovery.
