This workout will kick off our week. It was written for, among others, T2 Aquatics Paralympic National Team Member Michelle Konkoly. Michelle was a Silver Medalist at the IPC Para Swimming World Championships last Summer.
Michelle’s lifetime best LCM times are 29.1 in the 50M Free, and 1:02.7 in the 100M Free competing in the S-9 category.

How can I do this 50 KB Pull ?
I would guess that this means to pull with the kickboard instead of the pullbuoy – as simple as that.
