Main sets:

Odds: Fly / Breast for 35m (back 50m), Free for the rest @ 1:40
Evens: All free, strong. Descend @ 1:30
8 Rounds:
2 x 50 done as #1 = 25 stroke fast, 25 free cruise; #2 = All stroke at 200 pace @ 1:00
1 x 100 aerobic @ 1:40
