How can I do this tempo?
Tempo is the same speed as used in the previous set – in this case aerobic base speed. With the tempo we simply want the athletes to emphasise on their stroke rate and swim with a good rhythm.
What goal use paddles and fins in swim down?
The swim down was rather lengthy that day and the fins and paddles helped to finish the workout in time.
