What target put drills in main set?
Since we wanted to focus on the SA-strokes during the main set and we haven’t done any strokes before starting out with this first part of the main set, we used the drills to make sure everyone sets up their strokes right before moving into full stroke.

It’s easier to keep good form and great technique when swimming at faster speeds. This is why we have them start at a relatively high pace and slowly reducing their speed all while holding great body position.
