The goal of this Friday evening workout for our National & Junior National groups was recovery with the focus in the pool set on kicking and breath control.

Part 1:
300 as 100 free DPS, 25 back kick, 75 free DPS, 25 back kick, 50 free DPS, 25 back kick
4×50 as 25 free overkick, 25 scull R15″

Part 2:
5×100 choice kick w/fins & stick @1’45
100 as 75 free breathe 5, 25 double arm back
4×100 choice kick w/fins @1’40
100 as 75 free breathe 5, 25 double arm back
3×100 choice kick w/fins & stick @1’45
100 as 50 free breathe 5, 50 back
2×100 choice kick w/fins @1’35
100 as 50 free breathe 5, 50 back
100 choice kick w/fins FAST

Part 3:
200 as 50 back, 25 scull, 50 free, 25 scull, 50 back
4×25 free as 1x UW swim drill, 1x feet first, 1x no breath, 1x straight arm R10″
