What effect Physiology use paddles/fins in warm down ?
After the main set, we challenge the athletes to an all out 50 using fins and paddles. So we just kept the equipment for the short 150 easy at the end. There’s not particular reason to have it for the easy part, however, we did choose to use them for the fast 50 in order to allow them to be closer (or faster) to their actual competition splits.
