This is an example of the PST Power Hour – a one hour power swim workout using DragSox and Power Towers.

Workout

Warm-up:
10 Minutes Choice

8 x 75 @1:30 DragSox 50 Swim 25 Over Kick

Power Tower – 45lbs

4 Rounds (1 minute break after each round):
6 x 25 @1:15
Rd. 1: Swim – Use Snorkel
Rd. 2: Kick Fins, Board
Rd. 3: Pull – Use Snorkel
Rd. 4: Swim – Use Snorkel

5-10 Minutes Recovery Choice
