Part 1:
6×100 as 75 free (open, UW, regular turn), 25 back R15″
200 IM as 25 drill, 25 swim
4×50 choice kick @1’05

Part 2:
4×100 as 50 free breathe 5, 50 back R15″
200 IM as 25 drill, 25 swim
4×50 choice kick @1′

Part 3:
2×100 as 25 no breath (UW kick, pullouts, or swim), 25 scull, 50 back R30″
200 IM as 25 kick, 25 drill
4×50 free decrease # of strokes XOR breaths 1.-4. R15″
