What target use drill breaststroke 4 up/1 down?
It’s a great drill to work on body line for breaststroke and also add some hypoxic elements which will help the pullouts in the long run.

Some days the terms to denote parts of the workout such as warm-up, main set, or swim down really has to be looked at in different terms. As I do plan multiple sessions at once, they usually work together and any of those parts may just be another part of the overall plan.
