What is mean power build, what is mean and target easy speed?
The power build is as it implies building speed by increasingly getting faster over the designated distance. In this case, I want it to happen over “power” which means the athletes mainly should try to go faster by a stronger and more powerful underwater phase of their stroke before increasing their stroke rate. Easy speed is something different depending on the day and even on the athlete.
