could you discuss how do you think about the sets ?

200 back as 50 kick, 50 swim easy

What is the reason always used in your own sets kick?what effect physiology use kick in sets?

2 rounds of the following:

3×50 choice kick @55″

3×25 choice w/fins FAST (paddles optional) @1′ –> UW fly kick on one round

125 choice w/fins easy
