75 @1:20 25 Fly, 25 Back, 25 Breast
50 @1:00 IMO Focusing on Stroke Count

4 Rounds:
(Rounds 1-3 Best Stroke & 2-4 Free)
3 x 50 @50 Hold Best Average.
150 @3:00 Free DPS Working on Stroke Tech & Stroke Count
