What goal like this in warm down ?
Choice Kick Easy as 50 on side (25 each side; only kick with leg closer to bottom of pool)
This is simply a little “skills set” to reactivate their brain and help enhance connection through the trunk for kicking before finishing up this workout…it really is part of the swim down – we even had people use fins on this to make it more relaxed.
