All relay swims were done fast at race pace. All other swims were done as moderate and controlled.

1500m Freestyle with Fins
400m Free Relay
4 x 50m IMO swim
400m IM
5 x 100m IMO including the 100m IM
800m Free Relay
800m Freestyle – fins and paddles optional
200m IM
200m IM relay
200m Free relay
4 x 200m IMO
400m Free
400m IM Relay

Workout Total: 5300

Additional Comments:
IMO is IM order. One of each stroke.
