What the target mixed 25 UW fly kick, 25 scull?
The goal was to transition some of the kick work done with the previous 6×100’s into good underwater kicks…most of our athletes aren’t capable at this time to do this for longer than 25 at high quality. So the other 25 could have been done in full stroke as well but I did prefer to have them scull to work on their feel before moving into the next pull set.
