How can I do tempo kick?
300 Choice Kick as 100 smooth, 50 tempo
The main thing we’re looking at for this 300 kick or when referring to smooth and tempo speeds is a strong/deep efficient kick for everything smooth and a smaller higher frequency kick for the tempo – there shouldn’t just be a “significant” difference in speed but also in how the athletes kick.
