4×100 (1.45) descend 1-4
8×50 Fins (60) – Odd: build to fast; Even: Fast/easy x 25

Main:
6×100 (1.45) – 25 Fast!/75 easy + [1:30 rest between sets]
6×100 (1.50) – 50 Fast!/50 easy + + [1:30 rest between sets]
6×100 (1.55) – 75 Fast!/25 easy

200 easy
