Main:
6×100 (1.45) – 25 Fast!/75 easy + [1:30 rest between sets]
6×100 (1.50) – 50 Fast!/50 easy + + [1:30 rest between sets]
6×100 (1.55) – 75 Fast!/25 easy
200 easy
