What intensity swim best average sets?
Best average sets should be done at lactate tolerance speeds – as close to your best time (or fastest time possible of the day) that you can be – aiming to hold this for the full duration of the set. The speed can vary within 0.5-1.0 for repeats of 100’s as I allowed in this workout.
