Speed focused Friday morning workout for the Senior group with lots of fast 25’s and some low-end aerobic recovery during the second half of the session.
Tuesday doubles for the Junior squad with two aerobic focused sessions including sprints in the morning and working on underwaters (kicking & pullouts) in the evening.
Monday morning starting with an aerobic and speed focused session for the Senior group. We continue to evolve the “scheme” of the previous weeks and slowly increase the overall intensity of the workout.
Speed and power focused Saturday morning for the few Senior athletes currently allowed to train in the pool. The session incorporated mostly varied resistance and assisted sprint work.
Aerobic recovery focused Friday morning workout for the Senior group athletes doing different things to break the monotony from our ongoing and evolving but mostly resembling sessions.
Wednesday morning workout for the Senior group with the current “ever-evolving” session including our mix of aerobic swimming and kicking during the second part and more speed work through the first part.
Tuesday doubles for the Junior squad starting with a low-end aerobic and breaststroke technique focused workout in the morning.
Aerobic and sprint focused Monday morning workout for the Junior squad to start their winter holiday training.
Aerobic and speed focused Saturday morning session for the athletes of our Senior and Junior group. Sprint sets with plenty of rest included in the first half during the “speed part” and lots of kicking included in the second half during the aerobic part.
Relaxed aerobic Thursday morning session starting with just a little bit of speed work during the first part before the “standard” mix of swimming and kicking through the second part including a few adaptations for our breaststroke specialist.
