Recovery focused Monday evening with an aerobic workout for the Senior group as we moved into the third week of our intrasquad meet series.
Low-end aerobic focused Friday evening workout integrating a “kick-pull-swim” pattern as were heading into the second intrasquad “team challenge” on Saturday morning.
Thursday doubles starting with an aerobic stroke focused morning workout for our student-athletes and integrating (race) skills work during the evening session with the full group.
Mid-week aerobic and kicking focused evening workout for the Senior group in Solothurn.
Two aerobic and sprint focused workouts for this Tuesday. The morning session was only for our student-athletes of the sports class and done in a short course pool.
Relaxed aerobic focused Monday evening workout for the Senior group to start this week of training providing some more recovery following our first intrasquad meet on Saturday.
“Mirroring” the Wednesday workout for the Senior group, we also included short circuit style components and aerobic recovery this Friday evening. This was our last practice ahead of the first Saturday intrasquad “team challenge”.
