Jan 21, 2021 – Swim Regio Solothurn

Thursday morning is only the second and already the “last” session for our student-athletes of the sports class this week. Another relaxed workout as we were just getting started again after many weeks out of the pool. The first part this morning was different from Tuesday morning while we “repeated” the second part with just a slight adaptation on the second sets of 50’s (increase to 6 from 4 repeats).

Part 1:
5×100 free DPS @1’45
100 as 25 free no breath, 75 back

4×100 IM (or stroke) drill R15″ 100 as 25 free feet first, 75 back
3×100 free DPS @1’40

100 as 25 free no breath, 75 back
2×100 IM (or stroke) drill R15″ 100 as 25 free feet first, 75 back

Part 2:
6×50 free cruise @55″
6×50 choice kick w/fins @55″

100 as 25 scull (head first), 25 double arm back

6×50 free cruise @50″
6×50 choice kick w/fins @50″

100 as 25 scull (feet first), 25 double arm back

4×25 UW fly kick w/fins (glide) @1′
150 choice social kick w/fins
