A good anaerobic set for our sprint group. Send-offs are based on a 1:05 base 100 time – maybe 1:10. Adjust send-offs accordingly. Hard efforts should provide :10-:15 rest. Cruise efforts :15-:20.

Just so it’s not the illusion that I don’t actually do yardage – this is a workout from the week before our championship prep week. I strongly believe that every athlete needs 1-2 workouts per week that take them out of their comfort zone.
