Power focused Monday workout from the University of Hawai’i Swimming & Diving team.
Aerobic focused Thursday afternoon with just a few short sprints. This was also the last workout with the Corona pandemic shutting down programs in Norway.
Relaxed start into the new week this Monday with an aerobic focused afternoon workout. Everybody followed the same warm-up before splitting into groups for the main part of the session.
Thursday aerobic and speed focused evening workout for BS Elite with options for our event groups during the last part of the session.
Aerobic recovery focused morning workout for BS Elite before we’re heading to Luxembourg for a week long training camp. Since they had an evening session yesterday, they had the afternoon off for some extra pre-travel recovery.
Speed focused Monday afternoon to start this shorter week of training in Bergen as BS Elite will be heading to Luxembourg on Friday morning for a week long camp at the d’Coque.
Aerobic and speed focused Friday with a regular morning session and a training competition against Bergens Svømme Club (BSC) in the afternoon.
We took the morning off to give our athletes some extra sleep and for some additional recovery. In the afternoon we focused on racing skills with two “timed blocks” working on starts and turns.
Starting this new week with a shorter aerobic recovery focused Monday morning workout. The afternoon included more speed work again as we were training on the yards side of the pool.
Aerobic focused Thursday of training for BS Elite with active recovery in mind as we start the “second cycle” of this week. We kept the group together through the first part before splitting into groups for both sessions today.
