Starting week two of our Christmas Training with an aerobic kicking focused workout including some short sprint work for the National & Junior National groups this Monday morning.
Mostly aerobic kicking focused morning workout including a few sprint sets for the National & Junior National groups on this Tuesday.
Mid-week aerobic focused evening workout for the National & Junior National squad providing three different options for our “event groups”.
Aerobic and sprint focused Thursday morning practice for the student-athletes of the sports class. As on Tuesday morning this week, the session does provide them with some “extra” volume and also “extra” time to prepare for the evening workout with the rest of the team.

Monday evening practice for the National & Junior National group with an aerobic and sprint focus as we go through our last week of this extended first training cycle to include a long course meet in Uster where we’ll try to get cuts for the national championship meets early in the season.
Saturday morning practice taking our National & Junior National athletes through a “meet preparation” including aerobic and sprint work by incorporating dive efforts to get back into racing mode.
Friday evening practice for the National & Junior National group continues the aerobic and sprint focus getting ready for more racing over the weekend.
Thursday evening and the full team is back together for an aerobic and sprint focused evening session to continue the recovery and also keep the momentum from the Regional Championships as our swimming continues to be either at race tempo or very relaxed.
Short hour long Tuesday morning practice for the student-athletes of the sports class including a few sprints and relaxed aerobic swims. This was our only “early” workout this week as we were competing at Regional Championships (focus meet of this training cycle) during the weekend.
