Monday morning starting with relaxed aerobic and sprint work as we’re finally getting all of the team ready to compete again.
Aerobic focused Wednesday session for the Junior & Senior athletes starting with our “Point 0” and a common first part including some race skills before splitting into different groups for the “main set” this evening.
Relaxed start into the new week after two days off over the Easter holiday. Both sessions this Tuesday were mostly aerobic focused including some quality sprints in the evening.
Relaxed aerobic focused Thursday morning workout for the student-athletes of the sports class. We included some speed work with a couple fast 25’s and some short sprints to prepare them for the race pace work in the evening with the rest of the team.
Aerobic focused Wednesday session for the Junior & Senior athletes starting with our “Point 0” before splitting into different groups for the “main chunk” of work this evening.
Relaxed start into the new week with an aerobic focused Monday evening session including some sprint work by implementing race skills through the different “S-T-F 50’s”.
This Tuesday morning session started with speed work through the first part and focused on aerobic stroke (breast & fly) work during the second part.
Aerobic and sprint focused Monday evening session for the Junior and Senior group. Overall a rather relaxed workout with our first session back training long course.
Mixing relaxed aerobic and speed work this Thursday morning with the student-athletes of the sports class.
Following the break over the winter holidays which provided us with more opportunities to train, we’re back to more “restrictions” and thus starting this week only on Tuesday with two fast workouts for the athletes in Solothurn.
