Kick focused Saturday morning workout from back in January. We were actually about one week back from our training camp in Luxembourg at this time. The intensity of the main set did build up as they progressed on the 25x100's . . .

Rattler JO Group – Sprint 50 Set

Rattler Swim Club (USA)

The main set of this practice is a set I do roughly every two weeks or so and it is a teaching tool for my 12 and unders. I use the main set to teach how to train with intensity using their own 50 free times.
