After taking Tuesday off and slowly kicking the new season into gears, we were back in the pool on Wednesday afternoon with a more aerobic focused session while also building some early season speed.

Wednesday aerobic recovery focused evening workout for the Elite group. First part staying all together before breaking into different groups for part two where we included a few sprints for the short and long groups.

First workout of the new season for the Junior 1 group in Uster. We started out with a team meeting and a dryland warm-up before jumping in the pool.

Wednesday aerobic recovery focused evening workout for the Elite group. Some athletes had already done an early morning practice including a Pilates session today.

Monday evening workout from the Masters group in Uster. Mostly aerobic focused first part alternating and adding some speed work through the second part of the session.

Friday session from the Masters group in Uster. While we were building to some faster tempos in the middle part of the workout, the intensity remained mostly aerobic this evening.
