Oct 6, 2020 – Sault Surge Aquatic Team

Since we did breaststroke all last week, this week we focused on butterfly. I always try to tackle group-wide issues within my practice plan, so for this workout I wanted the swimmers to focus on small kicks (low amplitude) and a more neutral arm recovery . . .
