May 1, 2018 – Podium Swimming – High School Day 50 – Taper Day 2 – Recovery
Easier day on day two of taper. Still including some quality burst efforts, but we start with some good aerobic swimming including some fast efforts.

Tuesday doubles with an aerobic focus integrating some speed work. In the morning there were more opportunities for the athletes to work on their technique with a good amount of drill work . . .

First day of a three week taper building up to Colorado 4A State Meet.
Jun 18, 2018 – Warrender Baths Club – Anaerobic Capacity
The session aims for the development of swimmers’ anaerobic capacity along with the development of quality kicking. Both the anaerobic capacity set and the quality kicking are focused on swimmers’ No1 stroke as the session provided was planned during the race preparation phase.
Jun 28, 2018 – Islanders Aquatics – 400 Ways to Swim the Mile
