Vevey Natation

For some getting out of bed and making it to morning swim practice isn’t an easy task. The next important step, we at Vevey need to work on, is getting our athletes ready to perform in the morning. It’s part of what they will have to do at the big end of season meets. This workout focused on slowly getting them moving faster as the morning got brighter.

Lancy Natation

Day ten was a special day during the 2009 training trip in Tenerife for the Lancy Natation Elite group. Not only because it was the last day of the year 2009 but also because they got to swim in the flume channel again. Those two workouts are challenging on several levels.
