Bonus workout from the Fighting Manatees as they usually don’t swim on Saturday mornings. Goal was to break 5k, getting through it as “quickly” as possible, keep it challenging but something everyone on the team could finish.

Sept 8, 2011 – Ironman Mike Aigroz

This workout was written for Mike Aigroz, professional Ironman athlete, a few weeks before the 2011 Ironman in Hawaii. Aerobic and speed work mix to get used to the possible rhythm changes of the Open Water swim.
